Foundation Repair

Drilled Piers:

Drilled Pier Diagram

Ace installs drilled concrete piers for support to correct foundation settlement and prevent future movement. Solid concrete piers provide stability and a longer lifetime from shifting or settling.

Hydraulic jacks are used along the span of the foundation beam to provide a unified lift.

Once the structure is raised to its original grade (or as near as possible), solid concrete blocks are placed on each pier. Steel shims are then used for fine tuning.

This method of foundation repair allows for easy adjustment if ever there is a need. Upon completion of the job, the pier locations are back-filled with soil removed during excavation and excess soil along with the debris from the job is hauled away. Then we clean up your yard, repair concrete breakouts done to gain access to foundation where piers are installed, clean driveways, patios, walkways, where work was done.

All work is performed according to accepted engineering practices. Engineering services and certification provided with a fee.
